Data

This folder contains the Orangutan data used in the draft illustrating the performance of ABLE and available from the bioRxiv server. Further detail on the file formats can be found in the corresponding documentation. The files correspond to either 2kb or 500bp sized blocks of the 163 Mb of whole genome sequence that passed the filtering criteria used. The population sample consists of two diploid genomes each from Borneo (B) and Sumatra (S):

• KB5405 (B, male, SRS009466),
• KB4204 (B, male, SRS009464),
• KB9258 (S, female, SRS009469) and
• KB4361 (S, female, SRS009471).
